Booking a Sleeping Room

If you are looking to book a regular sleeping room, you are in the right place.

If you are looking to book a personal (non-party) suite, you need to go to Booking a Personal Suite

The Hyatt Regency O'Hare Chicago has a wide variety of regular sleeping rooms available under our negotiated rate of $164.00/night for 1 to 4 people. Reservations are available through September 16, 2026. A brief summary of each room type is available towards the bottom of this page.

All Premier Tower Rooms in our room block are on party floors which also includes the ConSuite.

Rooms are first come, first serve, so make your reservations early if you have a specific room in mind.

The Devil in the Details

Depending on when you are arriving and departing, your particular room type may not show as being available. Since we do not have the full run of the hotel, only a certain number of rooms of each type are locked into our block. So, for example, if you are arriving Wednesday or Thursday, you may not be able to book the room you want in the Premier Tower to be close to the parties. As a wise man once said Don't Panic. Here are your cheat codes:

Go to Windycon Room Reservations and when prompted, set your Check-in Date to Friday, October 9 and set your Checkout Date to Sunday, October 11.
Click FIND ROOMS. You will see a list of all of the room types currently available. If your specific room type is not listed, they may all be booked. You'll need to book something else and reach out to us.
The key here is to book the room type you want for Friday and Saturday, then reach out to us at hotel@windycon.org and tell us the actual room type and dates you want. We will see what we can do to accomodate your request and get back to you promptly.

And if you are booking a sleeping room in the Premier Tower in order to throw a party, once you have a confirmed reservation for a room in the Premier Tower, you will still need to follow the instructions on the Party Information page to actually be able to throw a party.

1 King Bed - $164.00/night

Relax or catch up on work within this 325-square-foot room with one king bed, deluxe bath amenities and large workspace.

2 Double Beds Personal Balcony - $164.00/night

Enjoy views of the airport, the Chicago forest preserves and greater Rosemont from the private balcony of this 450-square-foot room boasting two double beds and a large workspace.

1 King Bed with Accessible Tub - $164.00/night

Classically appointed, this 450-square-foot mobility enhanced rooms is equipped with accessible features such as a lowered profile king bed, extended blackout curtain pulls, lower profile closets, entryway security features and an accessible bathroom including a bathtub with grab bars.

2 Double Beds with Accessible Tub - $164.00/night

Feel at home within this 450-square-foot mobility-enhanced room with two double beds and accessible features such as lower profile beds, extended blackout curtain pulls, lower profile closets, entryway security features and an accessible bathroom including a bathtub with grab bars.

2 Double Beds with Accessible Shower - $164.00/night

Retreat to this 450-square-foot, mobility-friendly room with two double beds and accessible features, including lower profile beds, extended blackout curtain pulls, lower profile closets, entryway security features and an accessible bathroom including a roll-in shower.

1 King Bed Premier Tower - $164.00/night

Stretch out in this 450-square-foot room with one king bed, upgraded lighting and a spacious work and lounge area with a comfortable sleeper sofa.

2 Double Beds Premier Tower - $164.00/night

Enjoy this 450-square-foot, room featuring two double beds, a bold and timeless bathroom and fixtures, and a spacious work/lounge area with a comfortable chaise.
