Booking a Personal Suite

If you are looking to book a personal (non-party) suite, you are in the right place.

If you are looking to book a regular sleeping room, you need to go to Booking a Sleeping Room

The Hyatt Regency O'Hare Chicago has four different types of suites, and we have negotiated rates for all of them. Reservations are available through September 16, 2026. A brief summary of each suite type is available towards the bottom of this page.

The Premier Tower suites are in the tower with our ConSuite and the parties, but you cannot book a personal suite and use it for a party!. If you want to throw a party - even a closed-door private event, please start with the Party Information page and follow those instructions.

All personal suites are first come, first serve, so make your reservations early if you have a specific one in mind.

The Devil in the Details

At the Hyatt Regency O'Hare Chicago you book your personal suite yourself, and then we get your rate adjusted and get you added to our room block.

To reserve a suite, please go directly to the Hyatt Regency O'Hare Chicago website and select your dates.
Click FIND ROOMS. When it shows you the rooms it will default to the standard rooms. You will need to select the Suites tab to see the available suites.
Don't Panic when you see the prices - those are rack rates. Our negotiated rates are available below.
Booked the suite you want online and then fill out the Special Requests Form so you can be given the Windycon pricing.

Suite Descriptions

Studio Suite Premier Tower - $245/night

480 square feet with one king-sized bed, a large lounge with table and a workspace with an L-shaped sleeper sofa.Connect a premier double-bed room for a fee.

Panorama Suite - $385/night

Enjoy the views from floor-to-ceiling windows within this impressive, 792-square-foot bi-level suite. This suite features a spacious parlor area and a separate king bedroom, accessed by a spiral staircase, as well as a six-person conference table and large living room.

Deluxe Suite - $395/night

Elevate your stay experience in this 1,131-square-foot, bi-level suite with two balconies, views of the Chicago forest preserve and the Rosemont area, and one king bedroom accessed by a spiral staircase. Entertain or work in the large living space and at the table for six. Connect to a double-bed room, for a fee.

VIP Suite Premier Tower - $626/night

Enjoy this spacious VIP suite located in our Premier Tower. Spread out in 1,660 square feet of space, featuring a large, contemporary and inviting living and entertainment room, an ample eight-person conference or dining table, and a separate workspace—all connected to a comfortable bedroom featuring a king bed, sleeper sofa, desk, table and bathroom. Our VIP suite also boasts a separate, contemporary dressing area.
