Special Guest: Bill Higgins

I am a physicist, and I love learning about astronomy, spaceflight, and the history of science. Long ago I found my home in fandom—indeed, my first Windycon was in 1976, exactly 50 years ago. And among the fans are many who also love learning. So I find great pleasure in sharing what I know. As long as I'm planning to attend a con, I might as well offer to give a talk... I'm also part of NASA's Solar System Ambassadors program, which harnesses the enthusiasm of volunteers like me to communicate with their communities.
