Press Passes for Windycon

Press passes need to be arranged in advance, email your Press Pass requests to registration@windycon.org . Please include the following information with your request:
Your Name
Name of the publication or media you work for
Address of the publication or media you work for
Email address
Phone Number
The names of any support crew you will be bringing, such as photographers or video crew
Please include 2-3 samples of your work. This can include, but are not limited to:
Links to articles written for publications
Links to blog posts
Links to podcasts
Links to videos
Digital copies of print articles you have written
Applications will be accepted until October 15, 2025. Applicants will be notified of acceptance or denial by email no later than October 31, 2025.
Press Passes can be picked up on-site at Registration. Please be prepared to present a government issued photo ID for each person in your crew.
